  • H2 Grocery provides grocery delivery and related services to customers across designated service areas.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering or ordering.

2️⃣ Pricing & Discounts

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Discounts (up to 60%) are offered based on availability, stock, and ongoing promotions.

  • Bonus Membership Discount of 5% applies only to registered members.

3️⃣ Order & Delivery

  • Orders once placed will be processed and delivered within 24 hours, depending on location and time of order.

  • We strive to fulfill all orders, but we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or delivery issues.

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return products within 5 days of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • A 100% refund will be issued for approved returns. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5️⃣ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, before dispatch.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. See our Cancellation Policy.
